ProfitLens provides business software (dashboards, ERP-style modules, and related portals). This policy describes how personal and company data may be processed when you use the service.
Depending on how you use the product, this may include account identifiers (e.g. email, Google sign-in profile), company workspace content you enter into the application, billing-related records handled by our payment provider, and technical logs required to operate the service.
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, sync workspace content you choose to store, process subscriptions where applicable, and comply with law where required.
We use infrastructure and service providers (for example cloud hosting, authentication, and payment processing) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you share information at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Contact the data controller identified in your commercial agreement or the operator of your ProfitLens deployment.
We and our providers may use cookies and local storage as needed for sign-in sessions, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings where supported.
